Stephen McCulla A.K.A Votesaxon07, born on 17 February 1990, is a Northern Irish reviewer known for reviewing various toys and prop replicas, and in more recent times for the controversy surrounding the murder of Natalie McNally and her unborn child. He started making Votesaxon07 videos in 2010, the first episode was a review of the 11th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver. He is also a collector and prefers to have his collectables in good condition and good detail to their on-screen counterparts. He is also a member of Nerd News website Following The Nerd and a member of Robot Wars Team S.Tek alongside Anthony Murney and team captain Shane Swan.
McCulla is an orphan, losing his Mum Heather in 2014 and his Dad John in 2015.
In addition to being a youtube content creator, he previously worked as an online content editor at The Belfast Telegraph.

- Although his videos cover many areas of collectables and toys, he is most known for Doctor Who reviews due to his channel name being a reference to the show, much to his annoyance.
- When asked why he started making Youtube reviews, he said that a lot of videos at the time didn't cover aspects of toys that he would like to see.
- McCulla had both corneas of his eyes surgically replaced in the early 2010s due to an eye disease.
- He is known to hate doing sonic screwdriver reviews, due to always reviewing them, He is known mostly to hate reviewing The Tenth Doctor's Screwdriver Sonic Screwdriver due to it being always the same.
- He cosplay's Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man from Marvel and the 12th Doctor. His favourite cosplay is from his favourite movie, Ghostbusters.
- He is usually known for his black crombie over-coat and red top, mostly seen in The Infinity Loop.
- Like Andy from the Toy Story movies, he also has a Woody doll from when he was a kid and keeps it stood next to his Toy Story collection Buzz Lightyear.
